This is one of those great winter warming cuts, lovely cooked slowly with Wold Top Brewery Stout, and onions, served with green cabbage and mashed potatoes. This really is melt in the mouth dinner. Make the meat go further by adding seasonal vegetables and dumplings if it takes your fancy.
