Chicken Cushions, filled and wrapped in Bacon

The Butchers make two sorts of chicken cushion, the first is a chicken fillet, with some of our award winning pork sausage meat in the middle, with sage and onion stuffing, this is then made into a cushion and wrapped in our dry cured streaky bacon and topped with a garlic butter.

Alternatively those of you that like something a bit hotter we do a chicken cushion with piri-piri chillies mixed with cream cheese, wrapped in the same bacon and topped with a ginger, chilli and lime sauce.
