Our sausages are renowned for their superior reputation and and have won year on year 'Speciality Sausage Of The Year'. The sausages are made from quality cuts of free range pork, natural skins and simple ingredients, i.e. Pork and Black Pudding, is made from the pork recipe then we add our own black pudding, diced, to the mix. It's not rocket science it's just done properly! 

In the thick skins we do the Traditional Pork, Pork and Black Pudding both award winners and this years winner and reserve champion Pork Ginger Chilli and Lime.
