Shoulder of Lamb Bone In

Shoulder of lamb from our local lamb producer. An underrated cut of meat, cooked slowly as a roast on a bed of herbs and garlic, left whilst you go out for an afternoon walk, upon your return it will just fall off the bone. Equally nice diced and used to make a lamb tagine to have a Mediterranean feel to your meal time.
