Lamb produced by our local lamb farmer Martin, reared on some of the best pastures in Yorkshire, results in some of the best lamb you've ever tasted. Simple but effective, serve with some Tracklements mint sauce, mashed potatoes and peas, this is Farmer Copley's favourite meal, he would have it seven days a week given the chance.
