Onion Marmalade

The original Onion Marmalade-The definitive caramelised onion relish.

This, the original Onion Marmalade, is enriched by the addition of redcurrant juice which makes it a marvelous accompaniment for pâtés, terrines and cheese. We think it is incomparable melted over sausages.

Ingredients:Raw Cane Sugar, Onions (35%), Citrus Pectin, Redcurrant Juice, Vinegar, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Spices.
