Free Range Shoulder Of Pork

Boneless shoulder of pork: From our local free range pork farmer, pork that actually tastes like pork! This cut is really sweet, it is quite fatty but this gives it the juicy sweet taste. I would reccommed cooking pork shoulder on a bed of garlic bulbs and roughly torn fresh herbs for as long as possible, ideal for popping in the oven on  Sunday mid-morning going out for a nice walk and then coming home and it's all ready just pop on some veg and serve......Make a fab gravy with the cook herbs and meat juices.
