Homemade Black Pudding

Made here on site to our special and secret recipie. Our recipie has won competitions and deservedly so. It is baked in a loaf tin in small batches thus giving it a unique rectangluar shape, the white fat is cut by hand, resulting in a non uniform pattern, we include celery and onions - the rest is top secret!
