Pork Pockets are great, we use a boneless pork chop, we then fill it with Fountains Gold Cheese and a light french garden mustard, skewer it together then roll one side in mixed bell peppers & spices. Pork pockets come to you in an oven ready tray, just pop on a baking tray and cook.
