Our chicken fillets a beautifully plump and meaty, our local chicken farmer,looks after his chickens so well and this is reflected in the meat, happy chickens results in tasty meat.

These are available in two size's either as a joint this is where we take a chicken crown it and remove the bones, it then has some of our pork saucemeat and cranberry & apple stuffing with bacon wrapped around it. Cook it like a roasting joint and slice and serve exposing the different colours, serve with cranberry & port sauce its yummy, will serve 4 to 6. Alternatively you can have individual ones.

These are very similar to the larger chicken cushions exept they are done as individual fillets and the skin is removed so a lower fat option and serve one person, they are equally yummy.

With Mozzarella and Smokey Bacon. This was a dish my husband had in a pub one evening and then came home said how gorgeous it was and then we proceeded to recreate it from his discription, we think we've got it right if not it's now too good to change.

Made by ourselves, using one whole chicken fillet per kiev and fresh garlic and butter dipped in flour, free range eggs and breadcrumbs. Served in one per oven ready tray. Again homemade food without the hassel.

Our chicken piri-piri is two beautiful Yorkshire chicken breasts smothered in a sweet chilli sauce, ideal for those evenings when you've just come in from a hard days work and want something quick and easy yet wholesome, serve with either rice or cous cous and some salad.
