We have tried to simplify the delivery costing process.
We aim to deliver your order as rapidly as possible - usually within 24 hours of getting your order. However. please note orders must be received by 11 am to qualify for 'next day' delivery - and the costs are as follows:-
Over £80.00 - free delivery
Under £80.00 - £7.99
We use a specialist delivery company and our goods are well packed to arrive in the best condition. Please make sure when you place the order that you describe any particular alternate locations for the goods to be left if you are not in!
Collection
You are also welcome to specify that you will collect an order from our shop. However do not place your order thorugh our website, but call the butchery manager and place your order with him. T:01977 600200 ex 23.
Packaging
When you place your order, it will be for a stated pack-weight or number of items, at a specified price. We will collect the payment via online system you will see.. Because orders are individually prepared, it can be expected that there may be some small variation in weights above or below the weight you choose, and it is impractical for us to request additional payments or process small refunds. We will ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified. Items delivered within 10% of the weight ordered shall be deemed complete.
Non-Delivery Claims
In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery quoting your order number. We will immediately investigate and let you know the situation. Should your order not be delivered within 1 working day of the date given in the website acknowledgement, you will be entitled to a full and immediate refund.
