Farmer Copleys Farm Shop & Butchers Shop is a hidden gem in the West Yorkshire area, from the roadside you would expect a small mucky carrots farm shop, yet upon entering the car park you quickly realise this farm shop is more akin with Fortnum and Masons!

The shop has a wonderful high vaulted roof encompassing a 10.5m butchery counter displaying everything you could want.Our butchers shop has 4 fully qualified butchers on hand to cut and joints etc you may desire. We also have a deli supplying our renowned steak pies and pork pies, in addition we make lots of fruit pies, sausage rolls, Cornish pasties, scones, lemon meringue pies and coleslaw etc. The bakery is visible from within the shop and can often see and smell the hot pies coming straight out of the bakery into the shop with the ring of a cow bell, at this point you will want to try one!

Fresh bread is delivered daily at 10.00 am from our local baker, fondly known as Mr and Mrs Bread, and we have a Mr Fish on a Friday from 10.00 am until 3.30 pm.

The Moo cafe is the latest addition to the shop and here you can enjoy many of the products from the shop, try one of our signature dishes such as our steak sandwich with onion marmalade, or steak pie, mushy peas and mint sauce (winter), or our homemade soups and a lovely latte or cappuccino.

For the children Farmer Copley has an indoor toy tractor area, and a small open farm where the children (and adults) can collect their own eggs fresh from the hen house - the kids' large and small get so excited when they get a warm egg! We also accommodate children in Moo with the Mini Moo Menu. Every few months we have professional story telling - Farmyard Tales, see in store for more details.

Most Friday and Saturdays there are tastings taking place via the 'Taste of Farmer Copleys' programme, come and meet the other people that make products for the shop, i.e. Tom Mellor from Wold Top Brewery or Jonathon from Sloe Motion. Also keep an eye out for the next Gourmet Club foodie experience, always advertised in the shop and if you sign up on line for the newsletter we can keep you posted of all future events.
